Bill Flynn — Owner/President / Certified CTS Technician

Bill is a retired Firefighter.Together with his wife, Laurie,they opened CSI, LLC to assist the community in their time of need. Assisting others has been in his blood since he was a teenager and when he first became involved with Marion County Fire Rescue.

Laurie Flynn — Owner/Vice President / Certified CTS Technician

Laurie has been in the customer service field for over 15 years. She is also a certified First Responder and a Reserve Deputy for Florence County Sheriffs office. Her Mom cleaned up after the accidental death of a friend over 35 years ago and it is still vividly with her today. No one should have these horrible memories like she does. Her passion for helping is the heart of why she does this.

Bill and Laurie are very confident in the team they have assembled and everyone's shared desire to help those in need.

Brian Miller — Accounting / Supervisor 

Brian is originally from Pittsburgh, Pa. He attended U.C. Berkeley 1986-92 as an English Major. He currently resides in Sumter, SC and is also the Branch Manager for a Federal Credit Union in Florence, SC. He is an avid Steelers, Pirates and Penguins fan. Golf is his #1 hobby.

Nelson Tart — Director of Marketing

Nelson has 11 years experience in Law Enforcement. Working daily with Accident Victims, Nelson reaches out to families who have suffered a tragic event. Nelson has a Associate Degree in Small Business Management as well as an Associate Degree in Marketing from Florence-Darlington Technical College in Florence, South Carolina.

Jaime Killin — Lead Technician / Certified CTS Technician

 Jaime is a Subsitute Teacher in Florence County. She is a wife and mother who enjoys helping families in their time of need. Her compassion for children and families brought her to our attention.

Randy Deaton — PRN Technician

Randy is also an agent with Century 21 Bellray Properties and a partner at Southern Hops Brewing Company. He is also a Florence native as well as one of Lauries brothers. He is active in the Real Estate community and the Boy Scouts. His drive for assisting others also brought him to our attention.

Eric Lovell —  Certified CTS Technician

Eric is well trained in assisting others as he is a retired EMT. He has served on a local Fire Department, Rescue Squad, and is also involved with the Chapin & Dutch Forks SC Optimist club. Eric comes to us as a former Manager at a large Hotel Chain in Columbia, SC.

Roger Wilson — Certified CTS Technician

Roger is a retired EMT from the New York area and is currently a member of West Florence Fire Department. He is also an E911 dispatcher. All of this combines to create another well-rounded employee who understands the stress a family is going through at these difficult times.

Matt Davis — Certified CTS Technician Marion County Fl.

Matt is also a Herpetologist in Ocala, FL. Matt enjoys working on his car and tending to his reptiles. He is an avid card player and enjoys his time with his family.

Ohara Osorio-McKenna — Certified CTS Technician

Ohara and her family reside in Florence, South Carolina. Ohara is currently enrolled at Horry Georgetown Technical College studying for her nursing degree and works for CSI part time as a Technician.

Rhonda Butler — Certified CTS Technician

Rhonda and her family reside in Florence, South Carolina. Rhonda has over 14 years of experience with customer relations.
