Bill Flynn/Owner/President

Bill is a retired Firefighter.Together with his wife, Laurie,they opened CSI, LLC to assist the community in their time of need. Assisting others has been in his blood since he was a teenager and when he first became involved with Marion County Fire Rescue.

Laurie Flynn/Owner/Vice President

Laurie has been in the customer service field for over 15 years. She is also a certified First Responder. Her Mom cleaned up after the accidental death of a friend over 35 years ago and it is still vividly with her today. No one should have these horrible memories like she does. Her passion for helping is the heart of why she does this.

Bill and Laurie are very confident in the teamthey have assembled and everyone's shared desire to help those in need.

Brian Miller/Field Supervisor

Brian is originally from Pittsburgh, Pa. He attended U.C. Berkeley 1986-92 as an English Major. He currently resides in Sumter, SC and is alsothe Branch Manager for a Federal Credit Union in Florence, SC. He is an avid Steelers, Pirates and Penguins fan. Golf is his #1 hobby.

Roger Wilson/Technician

Roger is a retired EMT from the New York area and is currently a member of West Florence Fire Department. He is also an E911 dispatcher. All of this combines to create another well-rounded employee who understands the stress a family is going through at these difficult times.

Eric Lovell/Technician Western Division

Eric is well trained in assisting others as he is a retired EMT. He has served on a local Fire Department, Rescue Squad, and is also involved with the Chapin & Dutch Forks SC Optimist club. He is alsoa manager at a Hotel in Columbia South Carolina.

Randy Deaton/ Lead Technician

Randy is also an agent with Century 21 Bellray Properties. He is also a Florence native as well as one of Lauries brothers. He is active in the Real Estate community and the Boy Scouts. His drive for assisting others also brought him to our attention.

Jaime Killin / Technician

 Jaime is a Subsitute Teacher in Florence County. She is a wife and mother who enjoys helping families in their time of need. Her compassion for children and families brought her to our attention.

Caren Davis/Lead Technician Marion County Fl.

Caren is also a MortgageOriginator in Ocala, FL. She also has a medical background from her studies to become a nurse.

Matt Davis/Technician Marion County Fl.

Matt is also a Herpetologist in Ocala, FL. Matt enjoys working on his car and tending to his reptiles. He is an avid card player and enjoys his time with his family.
